Cool start this morning but expect a nice rebound with mostly sunny skies and highs in the lower 60s. Tonight expect some clouds with lows in the lower 40s. Friday mostly sunny with highs in the upper 60s to lower 70s. Friday night partly cloudy with lows in the mid to upper 40s. Should be nice, but maybe cool as many will be headed to Knoxville for WinterJam and Jason Aldean concert.
